Hello and welcome!
Health encompasses your whole life and is not simply the absence of disease.
Health includes physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual aspects. Recovering your elements of balance through Yoga, Meditation, and Ayurveda may be what you’ve been searching for.
We each have a fundamental make-up that constitutes our basic nature. When life becomes out of balance, we have unwelcome tendencies toward dis-ease.
By integrating the “technologies” contained in these 3 healing modalities (Yoga, Meditation, and Ayurveda), the imbalances can be gently coaxed back into alignment with greater ease becoming more accessible.
One of my favorite sayings is être bien dans sa peau – Be well in your own skin!
This is likely all anyone really wants in their life: to feel ecstatically healthy and vital!
First, we have to have balance….
To learn how to balance your elements, your teacher should provide a healing environment to learn and practice. My values include empathy, optimism, and life-long learning. My desire is to deliver compassionate support as you learn how to integrate Yoga, Meditation, and Ayurveda into your life.
The mission of Elements by Beth is to open the way for your healthy self to thrive (not just survive)!
Welcome! Learn to experience the benefits of a balanced life.
Balance is equanimity in all aspects of your life . . . Mind, Body & Spirit
Balance means:
- You have good sleep.
- You awaken early, refreshed, and in eager anticipation of the day.
- Your appetite is for whole, freshly prepared meals.
- You are well-hydrated and your digestion is easy and regular.
- Your weight is evenly distributed.
- You are at peace in your mind and you perform meaningful work that brings you joy.
- Your relationships are gratifying and fulfilling.
Are there elements that are out of balance in your life?
If you mindfully practice healthy habits, listen to your inner intelligence, and observe the rhythms of nature,
. . . the result will be health in abundance!
The “sister” sciences of Yoga, Ayurveda & Meditation teach the accumulation of excess (in mind, body, and spirit) creates dis-ease .
Preventative self-care like taking time to be silent (for space between mental chatter), proper movement (for strength, flexibility, and balance), along with a proper diet (for your body type) will create a state of balance leading to great health.
Yoga, Meditation & Ayurveda help you learn to pay attention to the signals your body is telling you when you are out of balance.
